What types of seeds can be used with hydroseeding?

How long does it take for hydroseeded grass to grow?
Grass from hydroseeding typically begins to germinate within 5 to 10 days, and you may see significant growth within 3 to 4 weeks. The full establishment of the lawn can take several months, depending on the grass type, soil conditions, and weather.
Is hydroseeding environmentally friendly?
Yes, hydroseeding is considered environmentally friendly. The mulch used in the slurry helps to protect the seed from erosion, retains moisture, and decomposes into the soil, adding nutrients.
